ING Direct
ING Direct is the world’s leading direct savings bank. In partnership with First Design Connections, we were successful in winning a four-way pitch to design the hub of their new UK operation, which combines their head office and call centre for four hundred staff. We were then re-appointed to create their latest high-tech call centre in Cardiff for over two hundred people, to accommodate their rapid growth in the UK. The concept included a reception area, café bars, chill out zones and meeting rooms.
